Myron V. Carlson

Myron started his career in insurance 45 years ago with Farmers Insurance group. He was the District Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area and trained over 100 agents in his district. Today, he's the owner of EQ Insurance with over 1400 agents in California, Washington and Oregon. He is always available to provide agents the necessary training to sell earthquake insurance. He makes sure that the office opens on time and that the phones are answered promptly. His hobbies include fishing in Alaska twice a year, College and High School Football.

Jon Carlson-Residential Earthquake Customer Service

Jon provides residential quotes for all agents. He also makes sure that phones are picked up on time and calls are handled promptly. He is an avid actor as well as a movie buff and also a member of Screen Actor Guild. He loves to travel and ride his Harley.

Kenneth Carlson-Residential Earthquake Customer Service

Ken provides residential quotes for all agents. He's also responsible for file management and policy servicing calls. He's an avid actor and loves to ride his Harley. His hobbies include playing the guitar and snow skiing.

Johnny Huang, MBA - Commercial Insurance

Johnny started in insurance in 2001. He's responsible for all commercial accounts at EQ and provides new markets for agents as their needs are constantly changing. He's also responsible for the website maintenance and presence in the Worldwide Web.

Jimmy Huang-Homeowner's Insurance

Jimmy provides fire insurance for our agents when they cannot place them in their primary carrier.

Having moved to California in August, 2004, Jimmy joined the EQ team in September, 2004.  He has an extensive Customer Service and Technical background.  Jimmy heads our Homeowners Fire, Flood and High Value Home Department.

Ida Carlson-Residential Earthquake Customer Service

Ida is in charge of email distribution of declaration pages and notices from Geovera and Axis Reinsurance to the agents. She also handles policy services questions and maintains the agent database.

Her hobbies are riding the Harley with her husband (Ken), horseback riding, and camping.

June McCue-Residential Earthquake Customer Service

June handles policy services and billing calls. She assists with email distribution of declaration pages and notices to the agents and assists in quoting residential earthquake requests.

She is an avid community theater actress in Walnut Creek, CA. She's won 2 Shellie Awards for her acheivements in the past and have been nominated for 2 more for "Red Hot Lovers" and "The Gingerbread Lady".

Kathie Barr-Bookkeeper-Commissions

Kathie is responsible for commission statements every month.

She loves being a grandmother to her wonderful grandkids, Josh and Sidney.
